High Temperature Environments
Many of our customers require their electronics to operate in high temperature environments. That can mean up to 150 °C as standard and sometimes even beyond. We offer design and manufacture capability to create extended temperature electronics that can operate at temperatures including 150 °C, 175 °C, and 225 °C.
CREATING EXTENDED TEMPERATURE ELECTRONICS
Sensors often measure parameters from active parts of machines or plants. Size and weight permitting their ideal location is normally close to what they are monitoring or controlling. This normally comes with strict space requirements and an increase in the operational temperature requirements.
With careful design it is possible to create electronics which can reside at extended operation temperatures for the duration of its operation. All aspects of the design, including component de-rating, material selection and mechanical design, have to be considered.
I.C.E. Electronics has a great deal of experience creating electronics which reside in extremely hostile environments, enabling the electronics to be with the sensor fabric they are measuring.
At I.C.E. Electronics we offer the design and manufacture capability to create extended temperature electronics that can operate at temperatures including 150 °C, 175 °C, and 225 °C.
